In cooperation with the owner, owner representative, naval architect, shipyard, or alike we can make a offer for Overhaul. This may be mechanic, like cylinders, bearings, etc. or an hydraulic upgrade and new electronics.
Overhaul of stabilizer systems are common in ships with an old stabilizer systems, which doesn't meet the expectations of the shipper anymore.
There are two ways to overhaul your system:
Replacing the old control unit
Overhaul of mechanical parts
Mostly the old electronics are replaced by our new and compact control unit. All the mechanical parts will be inspected and replaced or repaired when necessary. We can overhaul all systems of all manufacturers and depending on the system we can upgrade them up to anchor stabilisation.
The mechanical parts that must be inspected are the fins, seals, axles, bearings, cylinders, beams etc. It makes no difference from which manufacturer.
